Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Steroids France does not offer refunds. We are committed to providing the highest quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a problem with your order, such as non-receipt (especially in the case where the order was sent internationally and did not pass customs), please follow the steps below:

  1. Please take pictures of the problem and attach them to your message.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the problem.
  3. Send us a message with the subject “return” for further assistance.

We strive to address all concerns quickly and as best as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

Reshipping Policy

We maintain a very high delivery success rate. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide the tracking information, and it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or because no one was available to receive it, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is optional and covers parcels that are lost in transit or returned to sender. If an insured parcel is confirmed as lost or returned to sender, we will resend it free of charge.

 Please note that insurance does not apply to parcels marked as Delivered by the courier. In such cases, the order is considered successfully delivered, and no free reshipment will be issued under the insurance policy. Proof of delivery and tracking updates can be provided upon request.

Insurance does not cover:

  • Parcels marked as Delivered
  • Failed delivery because the customer was unavailable
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Uncollected parcels If the parcel is marked as Delivered, the insurance is no longer valid.

When do we decide to reship the order?

It depends on the general delivery situation. Currently, we are considering the possibility of reshipping if the order has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment.
