Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Steroids France does not offer refunds. We are committed to providing the highest quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a problem with your order, such as non-receipt (especially in the case where the order was sent internationally and did not pass customs), please follow the steps below:

  1. Please take pictures of the problem and attach them to your message.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the problem.
  3. Send us a message with the subject “return” for further assistance.

We strive to address all concerns quickly and as best as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

Reshipping Policy

Although we have a very high delivery success rate (almost 100%), there is a slight chance of customs seizure, which is not our responsibility. About 99% of packages sent to the United States and the United Kingdom pass customs control without incident. However, about 10% of them are subject to stricter control and may be seized. Statistics show that 1 to 5 packages out of 1000 are confiscated. If this happens, we will resend the package free of charge.

In case of non-delivery due to incorrect shipping address, we will resend the package at full price, as we do not collect these shipments. Please check carefully the shipping address you provided!

When do we decide to reship the order?

It depends on the general delivery situation. Currently, we are considering the possibility of reshipping if the order has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment.
