Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Direct payments are available during checkout.
  • Cryptocurrencies: We accept payments in selected cryptocurrencies.
  • Debit & Credit Cards: Payments can be made using major debit and credit cards.

Delivery Times and Rates

Europe

  • Normal Shipping: €17 – estimated delivery in 3 to 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: €57 – estimated delivery in up to 4 business days

Other Continents

  • Normal Shipping: €29 – estimated delivery in 4 to 10 business days
  • Express Shipping: €80 – estimated delivery in up to 5 business days

In some cases, delivery may take up to 14 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, customs procedures, destination country, local delivery conditions, or seasonal demand.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, or on the next business day after payment confirmation. High-value orders may require additional confirmation before dispatch.

If you are located outside Europe, please contact us before placing your order.


Order Status and Tracking

Your order may appear with one of the following statuses:

  • Awaiting Confirmation: We are waiting for your payment in order to validate the order.
  • Processing: Your payment has been received and your order is being prepared.
  • Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and tracking information will be available in your customer area.
  • Failure: There was a problem with your order, such as missing information or stock unavailability.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and follow all tracking updates.

The customer is also responsible for making sure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel. If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient was unavailable, failed to collect the parcel, or provided incorrect delivery information, this will not be considered a lost shipment.

If tracking stops updating or there is an unusual delay, the customer must contact the carrier directly for more information. Our support team may also assist when needed.


Shipping Insurance (Optional)

We offer optional Shipping Insurance for 10% of the order value, which can be added during checkout.

Shipping Insurance applies only to parcels that are:

  • lost in transit, or
  • returned to sender

If an insured parcel is confirmed as lost in transit or returned to sender, we will resend the order free of charge.

To request an insurance claim, the customer must contact our support team and request an investigation. This can only be done after 14 working days without tracking updates, unless the carrier confirms the issue earlier.

Important Insurance Limitations

Shipping Insurance does not apply in the following situations:

  • the parcel is marked as Delivered by the carrier
  • the customer was not available to receive the parcel
  • the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete
  • the parcel was uncollected, refused, or rejected by the recipient

Once a parcel is marked as Delivered, it is considered successfully delivered, and the insurance is no longer valid.


Important Shipping Information

  • Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain packaging, with no mention of the store or products.
  • Split Shipments: If products come from different suppliers, your order may be shipped in separate parcels. Tracking codes for each shipment will be available in your customer area.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If an item arrives damaged or altered, please contact us immediately after delivery and provide clear photos.
  • Out-of-Stock Products: If an item is unavailable, we may send an alternative product of equivalent or superior quality at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect Address or Uncollected Orders: The customer is fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and for ensuring that the order is received or collected. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect, it will be considered cancelled, with no right to refund or free reshipment unless insurance explicitly applies.

All order information, including status updates, tracking codes, and shipping details, can be found in your customer area.


Refunds and Reshipments

We do not offer refunds for shipping-related issues. If a parcel is lost, returned, or affected during transit, assistance will be provided strictly according to our Shipping Insurance and Reshipping Policy.

If a parcel is marked as Delivered, it will be considered successfully delivered and will not qualify for free reshipment under the insurance policy.


Fraud, Disputes and Security

  • Payment Disputes / Chargebacks: Customers who open unjustified payment disputes may have their accounts permanently blocked, and further action may be taken where appropriate.
  • Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent activity may result in the permanent closure of the account, along with restrictions related to login history, devices, and IP addresses.

Purchase Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are 21 years of age or older
  • you are aware of the local laws regarding the purchase and importation of these products
  • you understand the products you are purchasing and accept full responsibility for their use
  • your order is placed for lawful purposes only
  • you accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that the products can be legally imported into your country

Legal Notice: We operate as a dropshipping store and do not manage physical stock directly. We are not responsible for customs requirements, import restrictions, or local regulations in the customer’s country.

By placing an order, you fully accept these terms and release Steroides Lab from liability related to shipping, importation, delivery management after dispatch, and the use of purchased products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
